6 Strategies to Have More Energy Every Day

I never thought this would happen.
Taking care of a 7-months old baby, thriving at my full-time job and running my newsletter Mindful Monday read by more than 1.100 people.
It’s a lot, but I have never felt happier.
I need a lot of energy to juggle everything and knew I couldn’t return to my pre-baby life habits.
So I made a few strategic changes in my life that help me manage my energy, productivity, and focus efficiently without feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.
Now, I wake up excited to take on the day in the morning.
It’s true what they say about mothers being incredibly productive — they can get shit done in no time (out of necessity, no doubt!).
Of course, I’m also tired in the evening and need to rest but I don’t feel extremely deflated and exhausted anymore.
